Cenay Plaza is a mixed-use project that consists of luxurious residential and commercial areas in the centre of Baku, Azerbaijan.

The plaza contains 24-hour concierge service, security, fitness areas within this luxurios design, and multi-functional conference and exhibition halls. In addition to commercial areas in the entrance of the building, there are residential and office sections in the 16-floor block.
